The international forum will be held in Blagoevgrad with the participation of guest speakers from Bulgaria and Norway. Representatives of regional public institutions in the sectors of energy, water, transport, waste, environment and all sectors involved in the implementation of CCA policies, incl. representatives of municipal and district administrations from the districts of Blagoevgrad and Kyustendil will be invited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
